溶胶-凝胶法制备镍锌铁氧体及其电磁损耗性能

Synthesis of Ni-Zn Ferrite by Sol-Gel Method and Its Electromagnetic Loss Property

摘要: 以Zn(NO3)2×6H2O, Ni(NO3)2×6H2O, Fe(NO3)3×9H2O及柠檬酸为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备前驱体,在1200℃下对其煅烧3 h,合成了NixZn1-xFe2O4(x=0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7)铁氧体. 产品表征结果表明,所有NixZn1-xFe2O4均属立方晶系尖晶石结构,结晶完整,在580 cm-1附近均具有铁氧体的红外吸收特征峰,晶粒大小均在100 nm左右. 在0.2~1.8 GHz测试频率范围内,Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4和Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4铁氧体对电磁波的吸收损耗性能相对较好,Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4的电磁损耗角正切值tgd为0.67~1.59, Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4为0.37~1.51,随Ni含量增加,其电磁损耗逐渐增强.

Abstract: NixZn1-xFe2O4 ferrite was synthesized by sol-gel method with Zn(NO3)2×6H2O, Ni(NO3)2×6H2O and Fe(NO3)3×9H2O and C6H8O7·H2O as raw materials. The product was characterized and analyzed. The results indicated that all the products were single phase of cubic crystal system spinel structure ferrite and all the crystals were crystallized with good integrality. The size of particles was about 100 nm. Electromagnetic loss property of the sample was tested. The results indicated that Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4 and Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 had a better magnetic loss property than Zn2Fe2O4 and Ni0.3Zn0.7Fe2O4 in 0.2~1.8 GHz. The tgd of Ni0.7Zn0.3Fe2O4 was 0.67~1.59, and that of Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 0.37~1.51. The electromagnetic loss of Ni-Zn ferrite increased with the increase of Ni content.
