摘要: Al2O3-TiC基复相陶瓷具有高强度、高硬度和较好的高温稳定性, 常用于刀具、发热体和电子器件. 本文综述了Al2O3-TiC基复相陶瓷的各种制备方法及其优缺点、常温和高温性能、各种增韧手段和增韧机制, 并展望了Al2O3-TiC基复相陶瓷研究的发展方向.

Abstract: Al2O3-TiC composites are used in manufacturing cutting tools and magnetic tape heads in the electronic industry etc. because of their good strength, high hardness, high-temperature stability and excellent wear resistance. Preparation methods, properties, effects of additives, application of Al2O3-TiC are reviewed. Various toughening processes and mechanisms for Al2O3-TiC composite ceramics are summerized. The development trends in this area are prospected.
