常用钻井泥浆处理剂对钻井废水COD值的贡献及其混凝处理效果评价

摘要: 对6种常用钻井泥浆处理剂与泥浆COD值的关系进行了模拟研究,6种处理剂对钻井泥浆COD值的影响顺序为磺化酚醛树脂(SMP)>铵盐(NH4-HPAN)>无荧光防塌剂(GLA)>硅稳定剂(SSA)>复合离子型聚丙烯酸盐(PAC-141)>水解聚丙烯腈钾盐(FPK). 利用得到的回归方程式对冀东油田的3种主要钻井泥浆体系废水的COD值进行了估算,考虑稀释倍数之后的估算结果与实测值基本符合,证明泥浆处理剂是钻井废水COD的主要来源. 对利用实际废水配制的各种处理剂模拟废水的混凝处理效果实验证明,当混合体系Zeta电位大于-50 mV时,混凝后残留TOC值高于预测值;相反当混合体系的Zeta电位小于-50 mV时,混凝后残留TOC值低于预测值,Zeta电位越小,TOC去除率越高. 6种处理剂中,SMP的Zeta电位值最高,因此其TOC去除效果也最差.

Abstract: The COD contribution of six drilling mud additives used in the Jidong Oil Field were determined and correlated. The COD contributions were found to be in the following order: sulfonated phenolic resin>NH4-HPAN>collapse preventing agent>silicon stabilization agent>PAC-141>acylonitrile-acrylamide-potassium. The correlations were used for estimation of COD values of 3 samples of wastewater corresponding to different additive formulations, the estimated values agree well with the measured ones when the dilution was considered. It is indicated that the COD was mainly contributed from additives. Results from coagulation experiments of mixture of drilling fluid additives and drilling wastewater indicate that the residual TOC value is larger than the prediction when the Zeta potential of the mixture system is over –50 mV; conversely, the residual TOC value is less than the prediction. The less the Zeta potential is, the less the removal of TOC is. SMP has the highest Zeta potential among the six drilling mud additives, so its TOC removal is the poorest.
