摘要: 采用循环碳化浸取制备轻质碳酸镁,对循环碳化过程进行了传质过程及动力学研究. 考察了气体流量、配气比例、粒度等因素对循环碳化过程的影响,从理论上建立了循环碳化过程的传质和反应动力学模型. 计算推导及实验结果表明,在温度10~25℃区间,其表观活化能为18.6 kJ/mol,扩散传质为循环碳化过程控制步骤;而在25~35℃区间,其表观活化能为33.15 kJ/mol,循环碳化过程由传质扩散与表面化学反应混合控制.

Abstract: The mass transfer and kinetics on the preparation process of light magnesium carbonate by stream-recycling carbonation were studied. The influences of gas flow, distribution proportion of gas and particle size, etc., on the process of stream-recycling carbonation were examined. At the same time, its model of stream-recycling reaction was built theoretically. The results show that the process of stream-recycling carbonation is controlled by diffusion mass transfer within 10~25℃, of which activation energy is 18.6 kJ/mol, while controlled by diffusion mass transfer and surface chemical reaction altogether within 25~35℃, of which activation energy is 33.15 kJ/mol.
