摘要: 利用物理模型考察了操作参数对结晶器内漩涡产生频率的影响. 结果表明: 漩涡呈单个或成对形式在水口一侧间歇性出现,是由于两个相向表面流相互剪切而形成的;漩涡的出现频率随拉速的增加而增加,随水口浸入深度的增加而减小,随水口张角的减小而增大;通过改进水口设计可以阻止漩涡的形成.

Abstract: Anodic dissolution of arsenopyrite in ammoniacal solution has been investigated by electrochemical methods. The process is an irreversible reaction with formation of a ferric oxidized film and is retarded by the film. The process rate is controlled by the electrochemical reaction on the electrode surface in the lower temperature range, or alternatively by the diffusion through the film in the higher temperature range.
