摘要: 实验研究了难处理金精矿含元素硫的酸浸渣加石灰氧压浸金过程,论述了石灰加入量、浸出时间和浸出温度对浸金的影响规律,发现最佳石灰加入量应使浸渣中元素硫与OH的摩尔比为0.8~1.1,在85°C和0.1~0.3 MPa氧压下浸出3~5 h,金的浸出率可达90%,此时终pH在5~8范围内. 根据实验结果分析,推断浸出过程中元素硫在一定pH值范围内氧化生成的S2O32–是主要的浸金剂.

Abstract: A gold leaching process for an acid leached residue from an arsenic refractory gold concentrate in lime slurry under pressurized oxygen is investigated. The residue contains 17.4% of elemental sulfur. The experimental results show that the optimum quantity of lime added to the leaching solution should ensure the mole ratio of elemental sulfur to OH– in the range of 0.8 to 1.1. In 3 to 5 h, 90% of gold is leached at 85°C under 0.1 to 0.3 MPa oxygen pressure with the optimum lime addition in the solution. The thiosulphate produced from elemental sulfur in lime solution during oxygen leaching might be the major complexing agency for gold leaching.
