摘要: 测定了乙醇–丙酮–丁醇–水–碳酸钾体系在25℃时的液–液相平衡数据,结果表明, 有机物水溶液可简化为二元系处理, 可用Pitzer理论和Wilson方程对相平衡数据进行关联计算,计算值与实验值符合良好.采用碳酸钾分离乙醇–丙酮–丁醇–水体系,碳酸钾的脱水率高达95.6%.

Abstract: The liquid–liquid equilibrium of ethanol–acetone–butanol–water–K2CO3 system is determined at 25oC. The correlation of the liquid–liquid equilibrium data are carried out using Pitzer theory and Wilson equation. The correlated results fit the experimental data well. The dewatering efficiency of K2CO3 is up to 95.6% in the separation of ethanol–acetone–butanol–water system.
