θ网环等四种小型高效精密填料流体力学性能测定及比较

摘要: 在内径F 30 mm的填料塔内,对q网环等4种小型高效精密填料的流体力学性能进行了测定,推导出了适用于直径1.5~10 mm和比表面积大于2000 m2/m3的小型填料的压降计算公式和持液量计算公式,对实验值和计算值进行了比较,计算出平均相对误差为6%. 与大型散装填料相比,小型填料具有更低的压降和更小的持液量,具有良好的流体力学性能,更适于精细化工品的分离.

Abstract: In a F30 mm packing column, the hydromechanical performance was determined and compared for the four species of high-efficiency mini-packings, such as q network ring, etc. The uniform pressure-drop formula and liquid holdup formula were derived for the mini-packings with diameters from 1.5 to 10 mm. And their errors were calculated, the average error is less than 6% except connon ring packing which has an unideal configuration and a lower specific surface area. According to the errors, the formula derived better fits the packings with the specific surface areas more than 2000 m2/m3. Compared with the large-scale bulked packing, the mini-packing has a lower pressure drop which increases by 1.5 power of gas phase loading factor under the flooding point and a smaller liquid holdup which increases with 0.3 power of Froude number, so it has a better hydromechanical performance. The mini-packing is first selected for the separation of liquid fine chemical products because of its excellent performance.
