圆红冬孢酵母中ARE基因的克隆与表达水平分析

摘要: 克隆了圆红冬孢酵母R. toruloides中的ARE基因并对转录水平进行了初步分析. 结果表明,克隆得到的ARE基因的DNA序列共2624 bp,含6个内含子,开放阅读框2028 bp,编码675个氨基酸. 在限氮培养基中培养的R. toruloides酵母细胞中,ARE基因的转录表达水平随培养时间增加而提高,推测在酵母R. toruloides中ARE基因可能与油脂积累有关.

Abstract: The ARE gene of Rhodosporidium toruloides was cloned and its transcriptional expression level analyzed. 2624 bp DNA sequence of ARE gene with 6 introns was clarified. The open reading frame was 2028 bp coding 675 amino acids. The transcriptional expression of ARE gene in the cells cultivated in nitrogen-limited medium increased with culture time. It was supposed that the transcriptional expression of ARE gene was related to lipid accumulation in R. toruloides.
