摘要: 利用计算流体力学方法对液固环流反应器内的液固流动行为进行了数值模拟. 由Euler法的双流体模型和颗粒动力学理论建立了数学模型,对液固环流反应器内液固两相流动状况进行模拟,模拟结果很好地解释了液固环流反应器内的流动行为,固体颗粒速度模拟计算值与实验值的吻合说明了模型的可信性.

关键词: 液固环流反应器, 计算流体力学, 数值模拟, k–ε双方程, SIMPLE算法

Abstract: Numerical simulation on the liquid–solid two-phase flow behavior within a liquid–solid loop reactor was carried out by the CFD approach. A mathematical model has been developed with the two-fluid model and the kinetic theory of dense gas for the solid phase. The calculated results reasonably explained the liquid and solid flow mechanism in the liquid–solid loop reactor and the accordance with experimental results has validated the accuracy and applicability of the model.
