摘要: 综述了好氧反硝化菌的种类、特点及其去除亚硝酸盐的作用机理与途径,系统分析了生物除氮方式,包括同化作用、酶降解、酸降解和产铵异化还原. 反硝化作用还原亚硝酸盐主要是酶催化反应,具体有亚硝酸盐还原酶、一氧化氮还原酶和一氧化二氮还原酶,对亚硝酸盐的催化反应呈现出接力关系,其中亚硝酸盐还原酶是速度限制酶. 未来可从分离筛选高效亚硝酸盐型反硝化细菌、优化酶促反应技术及深入分析生物脱氮影响因素等方面加强研究,提高反硝化细菌在实际应用中的脱氮效率.

Abstract: The types and characteristics of aerobic denitrifiers are reviewed, and the mechanism and pathways in the nitrite removal process presented. The removing ways of nitrite with aerobic denitrifiers, including assimilation, enzymatic degradation, acid degradation and dissimilatory nitrite reduction to ammonium, are analyzed. Nitrite reduction by denitrifier is mainly enzyme-catalytic reaction that includes nitrite reductase, nitric oxide reductase and nitrous oxide reductase, which is a relayed relation in reduction of nitrite. The nitrite reductase is the reaction rate restriction enzyme. In the future, separation and screening of high efficient type of nitrite denitrifier, optimization of the enzymatic reaction technology and deep analysis of the influential factors of biological denitrification should be emphasized for improving the denitrification efficiency of denitrifiers in practical applications.
