摘要: 针对当前石油化工企业装置安全生产管理现状,为提升石化装置过程安全管理水平,借鉴国内外过程安全管理体系和相关标准要求及典型管理经验,采用基于关联度的决策树算法构建了石化装置过程安全管理评估指标体系,并运用多层次综合模糊评价方法建立了评估模型,设计开发了装置过程安全管理评估系统,并结合实例进行了验证分析. 结果表明,该技术可量化分析装置过程安全管理存在的薄弱环节,有助于过程安全管理改进和水平提升,对保障装置安全稳定运行、提升装置安全管控水平具有现实意义.

Abstract: According to the domestic and international process safety management system standards and performance indicators, the process safety management evaluation index set of petrochemical plant was combed. The correlation degree of the index set was evaluated using the decision tree algorithm based on the correlation degree, thus the process safety management evaluation index system of the petrochemical plant was constructed. The evaluation model was established by multi-level comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, then the quantitative evaluation grading standard of the plant was proposed. The process safety management evaluation system of the plant was designed and developed. The evaluation and calculation of the process safety management performance of the petrochemical plant were realized. The system was applied in the ethylene plant of an enterprise, which has the practical significance for improving the process safety management level of the plant.
