考贝式热风炉蓄热室底部空腔冷风分布的数值模拟

摘要: 利用大型商用计算流体力学软件CFX-4.3,应用k-e双方程湍流模型和SIMPLE算法,对新余钢铁公司1200 m3高炉考贝式热风炉蓄热室底部空腔内冷风流场进行了三维数值模拟和比较分析. 发现原有条件下冷风在蓄热室横截面上分布不均匀,降低了热风炉的效率和格子砖的利用率;而采用局部加设气流分配装置的优化方法可以有效地改善气流分布.

Abstract: Numerical simulation studies by application of CFX-4.3 computational fluid dynamics software and contrastive analysis were carried out on the distribution of cooling air of the bottom cavity of the regenerator in a Cowper stove. It was found that the distribution of cooling air in the cross section of regenerator without flow control plates was very un-uniform and the capacity of heat storage was reduced greatly. The application of the flow control plates may improve the uniformity of the cooling air distribution effectively.
