ZnO纳米材料抗凝血性能的初步评价

摘要: 采用体外动态凝血时间实验评价了ZnO纳米材料的抗凝血性能. 纳米材料的平均粒度在10~30 nm. 实验分为对照组(抗凝全血1 ml)、无纳米组(抗凝全血1 ml,包括搅拌血浆0.4 ml)、ZnO纳米材料组(抗凝全血1 ml,包括搅拌血浆0.4 ml,加入ZnO纳米材料1 mg)和Fe纳米材料组(抗凝全血1 ml,包括搅拌血浆0.4 ml,加入Fe纳米材料1 mg). 每组样品分别在5, 15, 30及45 min测定光密度值,计算结果表明,ZnO纳米材料的抗凝血率在45 min时仍保持在70%,而对照组和Fe纳米材料组的抗凝血率在15 min时已降至30%. 实验表明ZnO纳米材料具有良好的抗凝血作用.

Abstract: An investigation of photoelectrochemical degradation of pentachlorophenol (PCP) on a TiO2 film electrode was presented. The TiO2 film electrode was prepared by anodisation of titanium metal in sulfuric acid solution and its photoelectrocatalystic performance was studied. The destruction of PCP follows approximately the first-order kinetics. The reaction constant decreases slightly from 2.6×10–5 s–1 to 2.0×10–5 s–1 as the initial PCP concentration is increased from 0.1 mmol/L to 1.0 mmol/L under the experimental condition.
