纳米氧化锌表面包覆氧化铝复合粉体制备及其光催化活性

摘要: 在制备ZnO的前驱物 ? 碱式碳酸锌的过程中原位包覆Al2O3,与在ZnO粉体表面包覆的传统工艺相比减少了多次引起粒子团聚的工艺过程,改善了包覆效果. TEM观察表明,包覆的ZnO复合粉体粒径为50 nm左右、包覆层厚为3~5 nm. XPS分析表明,包覆层为Al2O3和ZnO. 光催化活性的测试表明,包覆后的纳米ZnO光催化活性得到了明显降低. 包覆后的纳米ZnO紫外线吸收性能与未包覆的纳米ZnO基本相同,保证了其优异的紫外吸收性能.

Abstract: Ceramic samples of ZrxTi1-xO2 with x=0.40~0.60 were prepared from powders made by the coprecipitation method. The densification, microstructure and dielectric properties of sintered bodies were investigated. The results indicated that the composition affected the densification. The increase of TiO2 content led to larger gain size and lower relative density. The dielectric properties of sintered bodies were affected by the relative density and the composition. As the relative density increased, both the dielectric constant and the quality factor increased. The dielectric constant and the quality factor were primarily influenced by the composition and virtually independent of relative density for densities greater than 90% theoretical. The effects of relative density could be neglected. With the increase of TiO2 content, the dielectric constant increased, whereas the quality factor decreased.
