混合酸浸法分离含钛高炉渣中的主要成分

摘要: 根据含钛高炉渣的结构和组分的化学性质特点,采用低温盐酸硫酸混合酸浸法将高炉渣中的钛组分富集于滤渣中,钙、铝、镁、铁等酸溶性组分富集于滤液中,研究了混合酸浓度、盐酸/硫酸配比、反应温度等对组分分离效果的影响. 结果表明,采用混合酸浓度为6 mol/L、盐酸与硫酸体积比为3:1的混合酸、酸渣质量比为1.2:1条件下,混合酸与含钛高炉渣在80℃反应5 h后,滤渣中TiO2含量可达30%以上.

Abstract: Based on the structural and composition characteristics of titanium-bearing blast furnace slag, a low temperature mixed acid leaching method was used to separate acid-soluble components from the slag into the filtrate. So the titanium was enriched relatively, the resulting titanium-rich materials could be used for industrial production. The influences of the experimental factors (mixed acid concentration, hydrochloric acid/sulfuric acid ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature and mass ratio of slag to mixed acid) on separation of its components were investigated. The results showed that an enriched residue with over 30% TiO2 could be obtained by the mixed acid leaching method and the optimum conditions were mixed acid concentration 6 mol/L (volume ratio of HCl/H2SO4=3:1), at 80℃ for 5 h, and mass ratio of acid to the slag at 1.2:1.
