摘要: 考察了3种不同的预处理方法对黄原胶收率和产品质量的影响,并对采用硅藻土过滤预处理法的稀释倍数与硅藻土的用量进行了优化。考察了膜,膜面流速,温度,操作压力及胶浓度对超滤对水透过通量的影响,并对这些参数进行了优化。考察了溶剂种类,用量及pH对黄原胶醇析的影响,并对其进行优化。

Abstract: The effect of three different pretreatment methods on xanthan gum yield and quality was examined and the dilute multiple and diatomite loading in diatomite—filtration pretreatment were optimized. The effect of membrane, velocity on the membrane surface, temperature, pressure and gum concentration on the water permeation flux in the ultra—filtration was investigated and the best ultra—filtration conditions were determined. The effect of solvents, loading of solvent and pH on alcohol—precipitation of xathan gum was studied and the optimal alcohol—precipitation conditions were obtained.
