摘要: 综述了脱硫吸收塔的改进及新脱硫反应装置,如降膜式反应器、撞击流反应器、旋转填料床等应用于湿法烟气脱硫的研究进展,对比了各自的优缺点,认为化工过程强化技术是解决传统塔设备传质效率低、投资成本高等难题的新途径,其中旋转填料床进行湿法烟气脱硫具有很高的应用价值. 开发既能处理大气量、又能强化气相传质过程的旋转填料床将成为其工业化应用的研究方向.

Abstract: The improvement research of absorption column for flue gas desulfurization (FGD) and some new FGD reactors, such as falling film reactor, impinging stream reactor and rotating packed bed (RPB), is reviewed in details. The advantages and disadvantages of each device are compared. It is pointed out that the intensification technology of chemical engineering process is a new approach to solve the problem of low mass transfer efficiency and high investment costs for traditional column devices. Therein the application of RPB in wet FGD is of high value. The relevant research direction for industrial application is to develop a RPB that can deal with higher flow rate and intensify gas phase mass transfer process.
