摘要: 将螺杆式进料器应用于下行床热态小试实验装置的入口进行催化剂的输送,考察了出入口压差、下行风量、温度等因素对输送速率的影响. 结果表明,可以通过调节顶部压力比较灵活地控制进料速率.

Abstract: Delivery of catalyst particles by a screw feeder at the inlet of a downer in a hot model was studied, and the effects of pressure difference, downward wind, temperature on feeding rate were investigated. Experimental results show that the feeding rate can be flexibly controlled by adjusting the pressure in the catalyst feeding tank.
