Abstract：The pressure-composition-temperature isotherms desorbtion were studied for Zr0.9Ti0.1(Ni,Co,Mn,V)2+a treated by casting, melt-spinning and annealing at different temperatures respectively. The enthalpies and discharge capacities of the alloys were tested. The results indicated that the absolute value of enthalpy and capacity were increased with annealing temperatures. The alloy annealed at 1173 K had a higher capacity (379 mA×h/g) than that of cast alloy, but its activation was worse than that of cast alloy.
