摘要: 用氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillus ferrooxidans)炭1#菌株,通过摇瓶实验探索了超声波强化对白乃庙硫化铜矿生物浸铜的影响,并通过正交实验选择适宜的工艺条件. 结果表明:超声波对铜浸出率的提高有一定作用,增加超声波处理时间对粒度较大的矿样作用明显.

Abstract: The effect of ultrasonic wave on biooxidative leaching of copper sulfide mineral from Bainaimiao, Inner Mongolia is investigated. Thiobacillus ferooxidants (C–1 strain) is used and the shaking-bottle test is performed. The experimental results show that ultrasonic wave has the effect of promoting lixiviation rate. Increasing the time of ultrasonic wave action has more effect on larger mineral particles.
