摘要: 采用有机单体丙烯酰胺与交联剂N, N?-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺发生凝胶作用,使Al2O3浆料凝胶成型. 对分散剂添加量、浆料的pH值和分散时间对陶瓷浆料粘度的影响、TiO2烧结助剂的加入对最终陶瓷烧结密度的影响和添加烧结助剂后高温烧结陶瓷表面形态的变化做了研究. 结果表明,添加TiO2 5%、在1300℃时的常压烧结密度可达到理论值的97%.

Abstract: The gelcasting of Al2O3 was accomplished by means of the gelling reaction of monofunctional acrylamine and bifunctional N, N¢-methylenebisacrylamide. The effects of dispersant concentration, pH value and agitation time on the viscosity of the slurries were investigated. In this process, TiO2 was used as the sintering aid, and its effects on the densification and quality of obtained ceramics were observed. The results show that 97% of the relative density was achieved by ambient pressure sintering at 1300oC when 5% TiO2 was added into ceramics.
