摘要: 通过减小WC粉体的粒径及添加微量元素的方法,并运用差热分析及金相技术,研究了降低钨钴硬质合金烧结温度的新途径;确定WC粉体平均粒径为1.65 mm时,其烧结温度可降低到960℃. 在保证硬质合金整体机械性能的前提下,可减少对预植入硬质合金中的单晶金刚石的热损伤.

Abstract: The new method to reduce sintering temperature of WC-Co cemented carbide is studied by submicron WC and trace element additive, with differential thermal analysis and metallographic examination. The sintering temperature can be reduced to 960oC when the average grain size of WC powders is 1.65 μm. The purpose is to avoid thermal deterioration on pre-implanted diamond in the premise of keeping the mechanical properties of WC-Co cemented carbide.
