摘要: 对采用活性钎焊的Al2O3/Ni-Ti/Kovar(可伐)接头进行了考察,实验结果显示,接头经热循环后强度异常增加. 对此结果从材料的热膨胀特性、焊料微观结构、循环温度等方面进行了详细分析. 结果表明,本实验条件下热循环能显著降低焊接残余应力,导致接头强度提高.

Abstract: Thermal cycle resistance of Al2O3/Ni-Ti/Kovar joints was studied, which were prepared by active brazing technique. The experimental results show that the joint shear strength increases after 200~600~200oC thermal cycles. The phenomenon is analyzed in view of the materials thermal expansion, solder microstructure and cycle temperature. The reason of strength increase is that the annealing effect in thermal cycles reduces the joining residual stress.
