摘要: 用氧化共沉淀法制备了掺锑的超细SnO2粉体,采用TG-DTA, XRD及TEM方法对微粉进行了表征. 结果表明:在不同温度下热处理可得到不同粒径的超细SnO2粉体;锑以Sb2O5的形式掺入,掺杂适量,材料仍保持SnO2的结构,抑制了主晶相晶粒成长. 电性能测试表明,锑的掺入降低了材料的固有电阻.

Abstract: Preparation of ultrafine powder of SnO2 doped with antimony by the oxidative-coprecipitation method is reported. The product was characterized by DTA-TG, XRD and TEM. The results showed that the grain size of SnO2 increased with heat-treatment temperature, Sb being doped with Sb2O5, the normal SnO2 crystaline structure was kept the same, but the growth of SnO2 powder was retarded, doping with Sb2O5 can increase more significantly the conductivity of SnO2 ultrafine powder.
