摘要: 以聚酯多元醇、三羟甲基丙烷、甲苯二异氰酸酯和N-甲基二乙醇胺为主要原料合成了一种以水为介质的性能稳定的水性聚氨酯乳液,阐述了各种因素对产品物理性能的影响,获得了最佳配方.

Abstract: A water-based cationic polyurethane emulsion was prepared. This emulsion was mainly composed of polyester glycol, trimethylol propane, toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and N-methyl-diethanolamine. The influences of the reaction temperature, content of each agent and stirring speed on the mechanical properties of the water-based polyurethane were investigated, giving its optimum composition. The polyurethane emulsion with good performance was prepared. And mechanical properties of the product are very good.
