Abstract:Phase change and humidity storage fibers was prepared with cellulose acetate as coating materials, polyethylene glycol 800 as phase change materials, N,N-dimethylacetamide and acetone as solvent by electrospinning method. The effects of every factor on comprehensive thermal and humidity properties of electrospun phase change and humidity storage fibers were studied based on uniform design and multivariate nonlinear regression. The results showed that primary and secondary sequence of factors on comprehensive thermal and humidity properties were content of polyethylene glycol 800?content of N,N-dimethylacetamide?content of cellulose acetate?reaction temperature?drying temperature. The optimization program were mass ratios of N,N-dimethylacetamide to acetone of 0.226, cellulose acetate to acetone of 0.1392 and polyethylene glycol 800 to acetone of 0.1624, reaction temperature 37.8℃ and drying temperature 60.4℃.
