摘要: 用液-固多相反应的收缩未反应核模型研究了在HCl-NaCl浸出铅锑合金氧化吹炼渣过程中锑的浸出动力学. 详细考察了浸出温度、盐酸浓度、颗粒粒度对锑的反应速率的影响. 研究结果表明,从铅锑合金氧化吹炼渣中浸出锑过程的控制步骤为固膜扩散,表观反应级数为0.2775. 在实验选取的温度范围内,反应的表观活化能为7.656 kJ/mol. 根据研究结果,建立了浸出锑的宏观动力学方程.

Abstract: The kinetics of antimony leaching from oxidizing-converting slag of Pb-Sb alloy by HCl-NaCl was approached using the shrinking unreacted core model for the reaction of liquid-solid. The influences of temperature, hydrochloric acid concentration and particle size on the reaction rate of antimony were investigated in detail. The results show that the diffusion through the solid film is the rate limiting step in the process of antimony leaching from oxidizing-converting slag. The apparent reaction progression is 0.2775, and the apparent activation energy is calculated to be 7.656 kJ/mol within the selected temperature range from 55℃ to 95℃, which is characteristic of diffusion controlled leaching process. Based on the experimental data, the kinetic equation of reaction is given by 1-2/3a-(1-a)2/3=6.7583′10-12d-2cHCl0.2775exp[-7656/(RT)]t.
