N和Al共掺杂TiO2粉体的固相合成及可见光降解性能

Synthesis of N and Al Co-doped TiO2 Particles with Visible Light Degradation Property via Solid State Reaction Route

摘要: 采用固相反应法合成了N与Al共掺杂TiO2 (N-Al-TiO2)粉体材料,利用XRD, UV-Vis, N2吸附及XPS等对其进行了物相织构表征,并研究了可见光辐照下催化剂对中性红的降解性能. 结果表明,N和Al均进入TiO2晶格或晶格间隙,材料表面不仅存在替位取代形成的N?Ti?O与Ti?O?Al键,且存在间隙掺杂形成的Ti?N?O与Ti?O?N键. 与纯TiO2相比,N-Al-TiO2对中性红显示出很高的可见光降解活性,2 h内中性红的降解率为95.8%,降解过程服从一级反应动力学规律.

Abstract: N and Al co-doped TiO2 (N-Al-TiO2) particles were successfully synthesized via a solid-state reaction route. Their properties were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, UV-Vis and XPS. The photodegradation of neutral red (NR) on the N-Al-TiO2 material irradiated with visible light was investigated. The XPS results clearly show that both N and Al have been incorporated into the lattice of TiO2. The N?Ti?O and Ti?O?Al bonds formed by lattice substitution and Ti?N?O and Ti?O?N bonds configured by interstitial doping on the N-Al-TiO2 material surface are presented. Compared with pure TiO2, the photodegradation properties of NR on the N-Al-TiO2 shows excellent visible light catalytic properties, the degradation rate of NR is 95.8% in 2 h, and the degradation process of NR follows the principle of pseudo-first-order reaction.
