Particles Transport Velocity in a Moving-bed Column for Ion Exchange Resin

密实移动床离子交换柱的颗粒输送能力

Abstract: The particles transport velocity and influencing factors for a φ280 mm moving-bed column, which is possibly used in industry for removing 137Cs ions from the highly radioactive solution, are investigated. Experimental results show that the feeding rate of liquid into the moving-bed column, liquid rising velocity of riser and height of particles in the moving-bed column have important influence on particles transport velocity, and the reason is given to the system pressure balance. Based on the data, the dimensionless correlation has been obtained for particles transport velocity. Experimental results also show that the leakage rate of liquid through the solid-return pipe remains constant and the direction of liquid leakage is from riser to downer due to the relatively thin and long solid-return pipe.

摘要: 实验研究了工业上可用于从高放射性溶液中去除铯离子的φ280 mm密实移动床离子交换柱的颗粒输送能力及其影响因素. 实验结果表明,密实移动床的进液量、提升液表观操作流速和密实移动床中的交换剂高度是影响固体颗粒提升速率的因素,并从压力平衡的角度对实验现象进行了解释. 根据实验结果,对这些影响因素进行了无因次关联. 在本实验中,斜管内串液量保持恒定,串液的方向是由提升管流进离子交换柱底部,这说明细长斜管可以有效地减小串液量.
