摘要: 生物脱硫技术在能源工业发展和环境保护等方面显示出潜在的优势. 本文综述了应用于化石燃料生物脱硫的主要菌种及其脱硫原理、微生物的选育优化及微生物脱硫的动力学, 介绍了生物脱硫技术的工业化应用. 对生物脱硫技术的经济性进行了分析, 指出了进一步研究微生物脱硫技术存在的问题和在我国发展该技术的重要性.

Abstract: Corn straw was ammoniated and steam-exploded. This pretreatment resulted in degradation of hemicellul-ose and less degradation of cellulose and lignin. In addition, substrate hydrolysis was enhanced, the content of nitrogen was increased. After solid state fermentation of pretreated corn straw, the content of protein was increased and the content of cellulose was reduced. Steam-explosion of ammoniated corn straw is suitable for bioconversion.
