摘要: Hollow silica spheres (HSS) with uniform size were prepared and composed with high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber (HTV). The microstructure of HSS was characterized, the interactions between molecular chain and the HSS was analyzed. Volume resistivity, breakdown strength, relative permittivity and dielectric loss of the HSS/HTV composites were tested. The results showed that, volume resistivity of the HSS/HTV composites was improved from 5.3×1015 ??cm to 1017 ??cm level and will decrease slightly with the increasing of HSS. The breakdown strength increased with the filler loading increasing. Composite filled with 0.05 g/g HSS achieved a breakdown strength of 21.6 kV/mm which increased by 26.3% than pure HTV. Composite containing 0.02 g/g HSS achieved a lowest relative permittivity.
