钾长石提钾及制备复合肥料的研究进展

摘要: 依据国内外开发的不同钾长石提钾技术反应原理及工艺过程,分类介绍各种技术的特点,提出了改进建议. 鉴于现有技术存在工艺流程长、成本高、经济效益差等问题,指出不单独提钾而是将钾长石整体制成多元素复合肥料或土壤调理剂应是今后的重点研究方向,介绍了这一方向的研究进展,并通过分析水热法制备的多元素复合肥料的优良特性,表明了其具有广阔的应用前景.

Abstract: A variety of potassium extracting technologies from potassium feldspar have been developed at home and abroad. According to the reaction principle and technological process, these technologies are classified and introduced. The characteristics of various technologies are analyzed, and suggestions for improvement are given. In view of the problems of long process, high cost, poor economic benefits of these potassium extracting technologies from potassium feldspar, it is pointed out that the preparation of potassium feldspar as a multi-element compound fertilizer or soil conditioner should be carried out in the future. The research progress in this direction is introduced. By analyzing the fine characteristics of multi-element fertilizer prepared by hydrothermal method, it is indicated that hydrothermal method has extensive application prospect.
