摘要: 用改进的液相法在不同热处理工艺下制备了纳米ZrO2粉体. 样品的TEM,SAXS,BET和XRD分析结果表明, 热处理对纳米ZrO2粉体性能的影响是显著的. 结合实验与理论分析, 得出粉末颗粒长大、团聚的机制与热处理对成份、粒度及微观结构变化均有影响.

Abstract: Nano-ZrO2 powders were prepared by the modified precipitate method under various heating treatment conditions. TEM, SAXS, BET and XRD analyses indicated that the influence of heat treatment on the performance of nano-ZrO2 is notable. Combining the experimental results and theoretical analysis, the mechanism of particles’ growth and aggregation, and the effect of heat treatment upon the change of composition, granularity and microstructure were proposed.
